Emily retired as the Director of the Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) for the Department of the Navy where she served as the chief advisor to the Secretary of the Navy on all small business matters. Prior to receiving this appointment, she served as the Director of the Naval Air Systems Command's (NAVAIR) Office of Small Business Programs.

Prior to becoming a Small Business Professional, Emily served in various roles of increasing responsibility as a Contracting Officer and has extensive experience in contracting for professional services well as major weapons systems in support of Naval Aviation.

Her prior active-duty military experience, passion for small business, personal coaching, and technological innovation for the U.S. Military will help and guide UAT to deliver change for vehicle maintenance and operations.

The importance of constantly innovating and making sure the warfighters are always ready and maintained at the lowest cost possible is one of UAT's mission’s that Emily will help bring forward.
