FuzeHub Awards Manufacturing Grant To UAT In Collaboration With CEG

FuzeHub accelerates the growth of small-to-medium manufacturing and technology companies by connecting them to reliable, targeted solutions and expertise within New York State. Today, FuzeHub announced the award of $350K worth in manufacturing grants. In order to help small businesses grow and overcome industry challenges, FuzeHub awarded UAT, with the assistance of the Center for Economic Growth (CEG), a manufacturing grant for $44,043.

UAT is working in collaboration with CEG to manufacture its patent pending aircraft part designed to improve fuel economy, by reducing the overall weight of an aircraft, increase safety, and reduce the occurrence of Repetitive Strain Injuries among the workforce. UAT is located in the Tech Valley Center of Gravity and is part of their Innovate518 manufacturing incubator. UAT works very closely with the Center for Automation Technologies and Systems (CATS) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
